The Board and Administration of Rhema Christian School recognizes this responsibility of selecting and hiring individuals. Our number one responsibility throughout the selecting and hiring process is to employ individuals who can present and live before children, the truth of God's Word.  Their total lifestyle (values, attitudes, priorities, and practice) should demonstrate a love for their Lord as evidenced by their commitment to live in obedience to His Word.

It is tremendous to know that God has called these Christians to be a part of this team and that His desire for them is to touch the lives of our students in a way that no one else can.  This staff has our full support and our daily prayers.  Do not hesitate to seek help, advice, or even prayer from the board, your principal or other staff members.  God has placed them here for this time in their lives and He has a special purpose for each of them.  Let God use these servants to make Rhema Christian School an awesome place to learn and grow spiritually.
