Peter Nossal joins Rhema Christian School as Principal, bringing nearly two decades of experience as an educator, trainer, and organizational leader, and a longtime connection to the Rhema community as a parent and former substitute teacher.

Faith is the foundation of everything Peter does. Raised in a Christian home and educated in Christian schools through high school, he has served in pastoral leadership, teaching, discipleship, and Bible study throughout his life. He holds a B.A. in English from the University of Florida, an M.A. in Practical Theology from Regent University, and an MBA from Slippery Rock University, and is ACSI principal-certified. Before entering school leadership, he spent more than a decade leading teams and guiding organizations through growth and change, including work in fields such as financial technology, cybersecurity, and AI and large language models.

He knows God has called him to Rhema for such a time as this. Peter is passionate about Christ-centered education that challenges students academically, grounds them firmly in biblical truth, and equips them to carry the light of Christ boldly into a world that desperately needs it.

Peter and his wife have been married for twenty years, and their son has attended Rhema since pre-PK and is now entering fourth grade.
