I feel very blessed that the Lord has brought me to teach at Rhema Christian School. I am looking forward to serving Him and the students at Rhema. My family moved to Moon two years ago from Lake Charles, LA. My husband is the head volleyball coach at RMU, and we have been blessed with 2 beautiful daughters. Madi is 7 and Kalee is 12. I have been teaching for 13 years. After being off for two years, I am so excited about being back in the classroom.
I was raised in a strong Christian family from my mother to both sets of my grandparents. They taught me the importance of Christ in our home and our life.
The Learning Support Program is designed to provide modifications and accommodations for those students with special learning needs. We strive to provide a successful learning environment for all Rhema Christian School students. Our program thrives on communication between the Learning Support Team members. The team is comprised of the parents, the principal, classroom teachers, specials teachers and the learning support teacher. The collaboration of the team's effort helps provide an enriching and successful environment in the classroom. We make every effort to offer our children adaptations within their classroom.
