Lunch
Friday, May 28, is the last day for cafeteria lunches. Please remember to pack a lunch next week.
Last Week of School
You may wear jeans the last week of school (June 1-7). On your picnic day, wear your ‘outside play’ clothes!
Jungle Book DVD
A DVD of our Jungle Book production is available for a $5 donation. Please send a note along with the $5 to the office if you would like to order one.
From the Library
All library books are due for PreS-4th grades. Please send them in. Thanks!
Medications
If your child has any medications in the office, please pick them up by the end of the school year. We will not send medications home with the students.
End of School Year Stuff
Please remember that if there is anything owed to the school, such as uniforms, money, books, etc., final report cards will not be sent home.
Run for Rhema
Many thanks to everyone who helped with this fundraiser. Around the beginning of June, you will receive a spreadsheet with information on who donated from the flyers that were sent from your family. 77% of our families participated by sending out at least one flyer! We are still receiving donations, but currently, our profit is $17,200! Thanks so much!
Jr. High Awards Ceremony
This event will be held in the gym at 9:30 on Friday, May 28. All are invited.
Summer Camp
This year’s camp is July 26-30. Join us for a fun time! PreSchool – 6th graders are welcome to attend and bring a friend. A brochure can be picked up in the office. We are also in need of the following donations: paper towels, baby food jars, baking soda, modeling clay or play dough, tooth picks, gum drops, vinegar, food coloring, waxed paper, and popsicle sticks.
Summer Office Hours
The office is open during the summer from 9:00-3:00.
Kennywood
Kennywood tickets are now on sale in the office for $21/ticket. Please make checks payable to “Rhema Christian School”. Our Kennywood day is June 8.
Coke Rewards
We were able to redeem our Coke Rewards points for a new overhead projector! Thanks for your help!
Giant Eagle Apples for the Students
Through this program, we were able to redeem our points for a paper trimmer, label maker, and various classroom supplies. Thank you to everyone who is signed up with this program!
