The principal is the chief administrator of the school and oversees all administrative and educational operations to the praise and glory of God. The principal is a born-again, Spirit-filled Christian, and a college graduate with a principal's certification, who feels called by God to Christian education. The principal is assisted by the administrative assistant who coordinates the daily fiscal operation of the school and maintains an organized and pleasant atmosphere in the school office to assist staff, parents, students, and the administrator. Additionally, the receptionist is an integral part of the administrative staff. The receptionist maintains and operates the front office, serves as the coordinator of special events during the school year, maintains attendance records, and welcomes all who come through the doors.
Together these positions serve the Rhema community with enthusiam, courtesy, flexibility, integrity, gratitude, kindness, self-control, and confidentiality. All are members in good standing at their local Christian church and are in agreement with the school's statement of faith and Christian philosophy of education.
